Matured for a minimum of 90 days, our mānuka gin is a labour of love. Based on an eighteenth-century Old Tom Style gin recipe yet with a New Zealand twist, combining locally grown Seville orange, fresh ginger and, of course, the finest quality honey.

This Mānuka gin is distilled in micro-batches to retain control over the carefully balanced flavours. Our custom gin still is made by a family-owned business with over 145 years of experience in perfecting the distilling process.

A wildian birthday mixer.

Enjoyed a birthday lunch at Cafe Melbourne on Pollen St, Thames, Thursday, 10 April 25. We parked out back and so walked past the Awildian brewery; I could smell manukawood smoke on our way thru. On our way out, I couldn't help a look thru the tasting room- I was offered a shot of the manuka-honey distill gin. Decided it would do great as a after hour drink with my darling. Mixed with an L&P ginger ale 10/10! 😊🧡💪🏾

We first bought the Manuka Gin when we were on a camping trip in the Coromandel. It is so delicious straight up. We ordered more as soon as we got home, a bottle for ourselves and one for friends. A great discovery!
